RENTAL POLICY

​

1. MINIMUM RENTAL AMOUNT​

• A minimum rental amount of $105.00 is required to place an order with delivery.

2. RENTAL PROCESS

• The company requires a 25% deposit from the total amount to place an order. The remaining balance must be paid in full the day before your event or on the event date upon receiving your order.

e.g. If your order is equivalent to $300.00, we require a $75.00 deposit of the total amount to reserve the order for you.

• When placing an order for your event, you have 24 hours to reduce your order without any additional charge. Otherwise, if after 24 hours you request to reduce your order, the company will apply a charge equivalent to 25% on the reduced amount.

e.g. If your original order was equivalent to $300.00, the company requires a $75.00 deposit to place this order. If the order is then reduced to a total amount of $200.00, the company requires a $50.00 deposit to place this order. The remainder of the original deposit subtracted from the reduced order is $25.00. This amount of $25.00 will be used for holding the equipment and to cover office expenses.​

• If you need to make changes to your original order and are not reducing the total amount of the original order, your initial deposit is not affected.

• If you wish to add items to your order, the company requires an additional 25% deposit of the total amount for the items requested.

3. CANCELLATIONS

• In case of any cancellation, we do not refund the deposit. It will be credited for your next event as long as we are notified of any and all changes at least 24 hours/or a day before your event. If order is cancelled on the day of the event, deposit will be lost. If event date is changed on the day of the event, deposit will be lost and a new one will be required to reschedule event.

*No exceptions are made under any circumstances.

• All saved credits have an expiration date of 3 months from the cancellation date. If you do not use your credit within those 3 months, the credit will be lost.

Brincabrincas El Pariente is not responsible for any personal injuries or property damage when using the inflatables. We will not be accountable for the use of our inflatables, mechanical bulls, tables, chairs, combos with slides, waterslides, etc. 

*There must be an adult supervising the game at all times.

FOR DELIVERY: The client shall be held responsible for the equipment used, until Brincabrincas El Pariente picks up the equipment rented. If any equipment is damaged or stolen, there will be a fee of approximately $1700 up to $10k depending on the unit, $95.00 per rectangular table, $22.00 per regular beige/white chair, etc. Fees for other damaged/lost items will be determined upon pickup.

DELIVERY POLICY: Customer must count and check all items with the driver upon receiving equipment. Charges will be assessed on any equipment lost or damaged while in the customer’s care. To avoid additional charges, tables and chairs must be folded ready for pickup when our driver arrives. There are no refunds on rental equipment whether used or not.

When renting a mechanical bull, inflatable, or any product from our inventory, it will be at your own risk and responsibility. Operator is not included with mechanical bull; customer will be given instructions on how to operate. Brincabrincas El Pariente is not responsible for any accidents and/or damages.

When you rent with Brincabrincas El Pariente, we only set up inflatables and tents. Tables & chairs and other items are not included. We do not customarily set up tables and chairs including at locations of inflatable set up. Set up is available upon request at an extra charge. Please remove all items, articles, food, and drinks from all our rental tables and chairs. We are not responsible for losses due to the pickup of our tables and chairs and/or inflatables.

FOR PICKUP: Customer must count and check tables/chairs and any other equipment before leaving premises to avoid replacement or repair charges on any equipment lost or damaged. There will be an additional charge for rental items not returned by the due date and/or time. It is not our obligation to load and unload tables and chairs but rather a courtesy we extend to our customers this is due to the fact that we are not responsible for the following: Any damages to vehicles and/or property. Any items left behind, used or not. 

FOR SELF PICKUP/DROPOFF: A photo ID will be required and you will need to pay remaining total amount upon pickup. Customer must count and check tables/chairs and any other equipment before leaving premises to avoid replacement or repair charges on any equipment lost or damaged. There will be an additional charge for rental items not returned by the due date and/or time. We highly suggest counting rented items before heading back to return them because if any item from order is missing, whether left behind or lost, you will be required to pay. You may pick up a day before your event date or the day of, but rental items must be returned the day after your event to avoid additional late fees.

WARNING: Failure to return the rented property within 72 hours of the due date/time is considered theft under section 13-1806.

PÓLIZA DE RENTABILIDAD

1. IMPORTE MÍNIMO DE ALQUILER

• Se requiere un monto mínimo de alquiler de $105.00 para realizar un pedido con entrega.

2. PROCESO DE ALQUILER

• La empresa requiere un depósito del 25% del monto total de la orden para reservar la orden para usted. El saldo restante debe pagarse en su totalidad el día antes de su evento o en la fecha del evento al recibir su pedido.

p.ej. Si su orden es equivalente a $300.00, requerimos un depósito de $75.00 del monto total para reservar la orden para usted.

• Al realizar una orden para su evento, tiene 24 horas para reducir su pedido sin ningún cargo adicional. En caso contrario, si después de 24 horas solicita reducir su orden, la empresa le aplicará un cargo equivalente al 25% en el importe reducido.

p.ej. Si su orden original equivalía a $300.00, la empresa requiere un depósito de $75.00 para realizar este pedido. Si luego la orden se reduce a un monto total de $200.00, la empresa requiere un depósito de $50.00 para realizar este pedido. La cantidad restante del depósito original contra la orden reducida es de $25.00. Esta cantidad de $25.00 se utilizará para cubrir gastos de oficina y por detener el equipo.

• Si necesita realizar cambios en su orden original y no está reduciendo el monto total del pedido original, su depósito inicial no se ve afectado.

• Si desea agregar otros servicios a su orden, la empresa requiere un depósito adicional del 25% del monto total de los servicios solicitados.

3. CANCELACIONES

• En caso de cualquier cancelación de su parte, no devolvemos el depósito. Se acreditará para su próximo evento siempre y cuando se nos notifique de cualquier cambio(s) al menos 24 horas o un día antes de su evento. Si su orden se cancela el día del evento, se perderá el depósito. Si se cambia la fecha del evento el día del evento, el depósito se perderá y se requerirá uno nuevo para reprogramar el evento.

*No se hacen excepciones bajo ninguna circunstancia.

• Todos los créditos guardados tienen una fecha de vencimiento de 3 meses a partir de la fecha de cancelación. Si no utiliza su crédito dentro de esos 3 meses, el crédito se perderá.

Brincabrincas El Pariente no es responsable por ningun daño personal o daños a la propiedad al utilizar inflables, toro mecanicos, mesas, sillas, inflable con resbaladilla, resbaladillas de agua, etc.

*Debe haber un adulto supervisando el juego/equipo a todo tiempo.

ENTREGA A DOMICILIO: El cliente es responsable de lo que la compañia, Brincabrincas El Pariente le halla rentado y entregado a su domicilio. Hasta que Brincabrincas El Pariente recoja de su propiedad el equipo rentado, usted sera responsable por lo que se le ha rentado. Si algo del equipo es dañado o extraviado, habra un cargo de aproximadamente $1700 hasta $10,000 dependiendo de la unidad, $95.00 por mesa rectangular, $22.00 por silla regular beige/blanca, etc. Los cargos por otros artículos dañados/perdidos se determinarán al momento de la recogida.

POLIZA DE ENTREGAS: El cliente debe contar y verificar todos los artículos con el conductor al recibir el equipo. Se cobrarán cargos por cualquier equipo perdido o dañado mientras esté bajo el cuidado del cliente. Para evitar cargos adicionales, las mesas y las sillas deben estar dobladas y apartadas, listas para ser recogidas cuando llegue nuestro conductor. No hay reembolsos en equipos de alquiler, ya sea que se usen o no.

Al alquilar un toro mecánico, inflable, o cualquier producto de nuestro inventario, será bajo su propio riesgo y responsabilidad. El operador no está incluido con el toro mecánico; El cliente recibirá instrucciones sobre cómo operar. Brincabrincas El Pariente no se responsabiliza por accidentes y/o daños.

Cuando alquilas con Brincabrincas El Pariente, solo instalamos inflables y carpas. Las mesas y sillas y otros artículos no están incluidos. No acostumbramos instalar mesas y sillas, incluso en lugares donde se instalan inflables. Este servicio está disponible bajo petición y con un cargo adicional. Retire todos los artículos, comida y bebidas de todas nuestras mesas y sillas de alquiler. No nos hacemos responsables por pérdidas por el retiro de nuestras mesas y sillas y/o inflables.

RECOGER A DOMICILIO: El cliente debe contar y revisar las mesas/sillas y cualquier otro equipo antes de salir del edificio para evitar cargos por reemplazo o reparación de cualquier equipo perdido o dañado. Habrá un cargo adicional por los artículos de alquiler que no se devuelvan en la fecha e hora acordada. No es nuestra obligación cargar y descargar mesas y sillas sino una cortesía que brindamos a nuestros clientes. Esto se debe a que no somos responsables de lo siguiente: Cualquier daño a vehículos y/o propiedad, cualquier artículo dejado atrás usado o no.

PARA AUTORECOGER/ENTREGADA: Se requerirá una identificación (ID) y deberá pagar el monto total restante al momento de la recoger. El cliente debe contar y revisar las mesas/sillas y cualquier otro equipo antes de salir del edificio para evitar cargos por reemplazo o reparación de cualquier equipo perdido o dañado. Habrá un cargo adicional por los artículos de alquiler que no se devuelvan en la fecha y/u hora acordado. Recomendamos contar los artículos alquilados antes de pasar a regresarlos porque si falta algún artículo del pedido, ya sea que se haya perdido o olvidado, deberá pagar. Puede recoger un día antes de la fecha de su evento o el día de, pero los artículos de alquiler deben devolverse el día después de su evento para evitar cargos adicionales.

Avertencia: Al no regresar los articulos de alquiler dentro de 72 horas del tiempo y fecha del contrato, es considerado robo dentro la section 13-1806.
